Executive Committee

The Executive Board of Enlace plays a key leadership role in guiding the organization’s mission to serve as a bridge between its members, the Latino community, and the greater Charlotte-Mecklenburg area. The Board is responsible for upholding Enlace’s founding vision by identifying critical community needs, fostering strategic collaborations, and promoting unity and cultural engagement. In alignment with Enlace’s goals, the Executive Board works to: Maintain strong communication between Enlace and leaders of the diverse Latino communities in Charlotte. Support leadership development by creating opportunities to train emerging Latino leaders who are dedicated to serving their communities. Encourage cultural engagement by helping leaders organize and promote events that celebrate Latino heritage and foster community connection. The Executive Board ensures that Enlace remains a responsive, community-driven network where organizations and individuals come together to build partnerships and amplify the voices of the Latino community in both immediate and long-term initiatives.
